Chefs create grand catering displays to suit any party or event. We can put together any platter or display with a combination of ingredients such as cheese, charcuterie and crudité platters with fresh, seasonal, ingredients and carefully curated artisanal cheeses, meats and accompaniments.

Adding some hot breakfast/brunch casseroles along with fresh fruit and pastries can create a wonderful menu for your guests. Being that its not only a trend, but a joy you can serve breakfast for lunch. Our menu can be served for any special event you’re hosting no matter what time of day.
Starting out we have focused solely on blossoming as a custom caterer. We now also offer a wide range of options on our catering menu to fit your needs and budget. We want to work with you to make sure you have delectable food that you and your guests will enjoy, at each and every event we cater. So if you are looking for something specific or have a need for something special, simply ask us to customize a menu for you. Boxed Lunches
A boxed lunch is a perfect choice for lunch meetings at the office. Everyone gets an personal meal, without the loss of valuable time during the meeting, waiting for everyone to stand in line of a buffet. However, boxed lunch catering limits you to choosing between sandwiches and sides. Even then our items aren't boring and can be customized to your liking.

Station
Primarily experiences created for banquets, weddings and member events. This is an interactive food station where guests get to interact directly with a chef or cook in a more personalized way. Some can be left to be self serving while others require a chefs expertise and jovial energy to attain the "wow factor" we all want our event to exude.

Dinner Buffet
Buffets are a “comfort zone” for most clients as they are the most cost effective way to feed guests at almost any event. Any type of food can be served at a buffet, and the dishes are typically served across one or two long tables in chafing dishes or on a heated unit. An attendant may be available to help serve food, or you may want to set up your buffet so guests portion themselves.

Service-ware
Our beverage and service-ware are priced separate from the food. Although we have lists for you to choose from of suitable bar tenders and rental companies, we do not provide alcoholic beverages, nor do we provide rental equipment. In the future we would hope to be able to one day do so. Currently we provide soda, water juice, tea, lemonade, and coffee.
