Food is a universal language, and we understand it is always a mood! We want you to feel good about selecting us as a caterer, personal chef, or our meal prep services. It is our pleasure to adequately prepare every dish that we serve for you. Our secret ingredient is in our name and the history behind it! We enjoy servicing all kinds of events, such as holiday parties, bridal & baby showers, birthdays, retirement parties, wedding receptions, anniversaries, family reunions, corporate events, etc. Clients can enjoy our many delicious items; assorted cheese’s, fruit trays, platters, appetizers, desserts, a full range of delectable meats and sides cooked to become so succulent. Oh, and of course all services are presented in an epicurean manner! If there are any meal plans or menus that aren't present, we can curate a menu especially made for you and your event whether catered, in need of a personal chef, or meal prep. So please don’t hesitate to contact us for your next event or function. We cook all food sending love your way, and we thank you for considering us to do just that for you and your guests.
Pot liqueurs Most FAQ
We recommend reserving your date as soon as it is confirmed with a venue. Events need to be booked with a 2 week or more notice. We will accommodate a 48-72 hour notice with a fee, and keep in mind although we look forward to working closely with you, all event times and dates are subject to caterer’s availability.
Please make an effort to place your order by telephone or email during office hours, where we make an effort to focus solely on emails and phone calls. We might be in the kitchen cooking some good food, but we will make sure you are contacted within the next 48 hours!

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
We require a deposit for all orders! ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A NON RE-FUND-ABLE DEPOSIT AT TIME OF BOOKING TO SECURE THE ORDER AND PLACEMENT ON OUR CALENDAR (With the exception of a positive COVID-19 test). Deposit amount is 50% of total fee on the final invoice, and is required on day of booking.
All orders booked within 7 days of the event date must be paid in full and will include a rush fee on the invoice! Final menu and guest count required 30 days prior to all events and final payment is required paid in full up to 30 days, up to 5 days for rushed orders.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are accepted via Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Cash or Check(BUSINESSES ONLY!). Personal checks are NOT accepted! If need be, apps such as CashApp, Venmo, an PayPal can be used, but not preferred.
Process & Tasks
All events vary and are customized to the liking of each individual client. To make that happen we take on all task below to make sure we are sufficient in our work. We ask that each client keep these tasks in mind throughout the process of booking, as we do with each interaction with our clients:
- 15 minute free phone consultation
Creating a customized meal plan/menu via email, text, or phone call
Sending out invoices, menus, revisions, and contracts
Keeping both client and Pot Liqueur updated on all and any changes
Help find, but not purchase, decor for your event if needed
Shopping for groceries and supplies up to one month ahead of time (at markets, grocery stores, etc)
Shopping for specialty items (organic, gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, etc)
Putting food away and storing properly
Being diligent with food handling skills
Providing easy-to-read preparation instructions for clients (meal prep, or reheating leftover food)
Cleaning up and sanitizing
Keeping up with nutritional information
Listening and understanding client needs
Improving culinary techniques
Tending to all clients and our involvement with their event
